Billy Joe Armstrong, Green Day’s front man, has been discharged form an Italian Hospital.

Armstrong was admitted into the Hospital Maggiore in Bologna on Sunday after suffering a mysterious illness.

No official details have been released yet, but the local reports say he was suffering gastric problems.

Because of the illness Green Day had to cancel their Sunday night concert.

The other Green Day members, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool, posted a video message apologizing to fans for the cancellation on Sunday and promising to be "back as soon as we can".
